A leading group of companies in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join its Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment activities and monitor the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Prepare, update, and document employment contracts in accordance with Saudi regulations. Monitor employee attendance, leave, and personnel administration. Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies. Process HR transactions through relevant Saudi government platforms. Support HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace experience. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and its Executive Regulations. Experience with Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI (Social Insurance), and Muqeem. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and perform well under pressure.
