The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across WhiteRock's brands and concepts. This role manages production and store operations, coordinates logistics, and ensures adherence to quality, safety, and food handling standards. The Operations Manager develops and implements operational processes, monitors performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement to support growth and brand consistency. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, HR, and marketing, to align operations with business objectives and customer experience goals. The role also includes managing budgets, supervising and coaching operations staff, resolving operational issues, and supporting new concept launches and expansion across the GCC. Required qualifications include operational management skills, experience in supply chain and logistics preferably with cold chain or temperature-controlled distribution, strong people management abilities, proficiency in planning and budgeting, knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field. 3+ years of Food and Beverage Services experience required. Experience in multi-location operations and GCC market is advantageous. Fluency in English required, Arabic language skills a plus.
