Project Manager - Container Terminal

MENASA & Partners is recruiting for the following position: Position: Project Manager - Container Terminal Location: South East Asia Project Scope: 400m long quay wall and container terminal yard development Key Responsibilities: - Lead overall client-side project management for the container terminal development including 400m quay wall construction and yard works - Monitor project schedule, budget, risk and resources and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance - Coordinate with design consultants, marine contractors and port authority stakeholders on integrated project delivery - Manage client-side oversight of quay wall construction, dredging, piling, reclamation and terminal yard works - Prepare and present project performance reports, forecasts and risk registers to senior management and ownership stakeholders Requirements: - Client-side project management experience is mandatory - South East Asia project experience is mandatory - Experience in container terminal, quay wall or marine port infrastructure projects
