Assistant Store Manager – Fashion Retail

We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales performance, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment. Position: Assistant Store Manager (Arab Nationals Preferred) Location: Kuwait (Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait) Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales performance and support the achievement of monthly sales targets. - Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. - Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to improve key retail KPIs. - Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and maintain brand standards throughout the store. - Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock loss prevention, and store audits. - Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally. - Plan staff schedules, conduct team briefings, and support employee training and development. - Oversee daily store operations, cash management, and compliance with company policies and procedures. - Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-friendly shopping environment. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a managerial role within the fashion retail industry. - Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. - Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Computer literacy (MS Office). - Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
