Associate Professor – Human Resource Management

A leading university in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced academic professional to join its College of Business Administration. Key Requirements: • PhD in Human Resource Management or a closely related field from an accredited Western residential university • Minimum 2 years of post-PhD teaching experience in HRM • Strong knowledge of HR Analytics, Talent Management and Human Resource Information Systems • Advanced Excel skills and experience with innovative teaching methods • Active research profile with publications in refereed journals and/or conferences • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience with AACSB accreditation is highly beneficial • Previous Middle East/GCC academic experience is an advantage • Experience delivering HRM microcredentials is desirable Compensation & Benefits: • Tax-free compensation, commensurate with rank and experience • University accommodation • Annual vacation • Annual round-trip airfare to home country • Medical insurance • End-of-contract benefits
