Construction Manager

Our client, a leading real estate developer in Oman, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of Projects. Key Requirements: ✔ Minimum 15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior client-side or developer-side role ✔ Mandatory experience in Oman ✔ Proven background within the real estate development sector ✔ Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, GCC construction practices, and local regulatory requirements ✔ Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
