Technical & Operations Manager

A company in the insurance sector is seeking an experienced Technical & Operations Manager to oversee technical operations, insurance documentation, and coordination with insurance companies, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee technical and operational activities related to insurance services. * Manage insurance documentation, including pricing, renewals, endorsements, additions, and cancellations. * Coordinate directly with insurance companies to ensure efficient processing and service delivery. * Maintain professional relationships with clients and insurance providers. * Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi insurance regulations and company policies. * Monitor operational performance, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational challenges. Candidate Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant specialization. * Minimum 7 years of practical experience in the insurance sector, including property and casualty, motor, and medical insurance. * Proven experience in insurance pricing, renewals, endorsements, additions, and cancellations. * Experience managing technical and operational insurance activities and coordinating directly with insurance companies. * Advanced communication, negotiation, and professional relationship-management skills. * Good knowledge of insurance regulations and requirements in Saudi Arabia. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills. * Immediate availability is preferred.
