Working Student Performance Marketing (all genders)

Your role

We are looking for a scrappy, execution-focused Working Student to act as the "prolonged workbench" for our Performance Marketing team. You won't just be watching the data, you’ll be the one building the briefs and basic creative assets that fuel our growth in DACH and across our International markets (FR, NL, IT, PL). Your goal is simple: help us move faster.

• Take the winning patterns identified in the Paid Social Media account and turn them into clear, actionable briefs for our Design and Influencer teams

• Make minor, high-speed adjustments to existing assets, swapping headlines, trimming video hooks, or testing different CTA end-cards in order to bypass bottlenecks

• Keep our creative library organized, ensuring the Brand team knows exactly which "performance versions" of their assets are running and why

• Support the team in checking daily creative stats and help spotting which ads are "fatiguing" so we can swap them out before MCOS is impacted

• Be our eyes and ears on TikTok, finding the visual styles and "native" hooks that are working right now and figure out how we can apply them to our products like Collagen and Vitamin D

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing or a related field

• You live on TikTok and Instagram and understand why some videos feel like "ads" and why others feel like "content"

• You have basic skills in CapCut, Canva, or Figma - you don’t need to be a pro editor, but you aren’t afraid to "get your hands dirty" to get an ad live

• You can handle multiple briefings at once without losing track of the details

• Fluent in English and German
