80 Real Estate is seeking an experienced Group CEO to lead the strategic direction, growth, and overall performance of the Group and its subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities * Define and execute the Group's overall strategy and long-term objectives. * Lead and oversee Group companies, investments, and major projects. * Drive business growth, profitability, and organizational performance. * Identify new investment, partnership, and expansion opportunities. * Lead the senior management team and establish clear accountability and performance standards. * Oversee financial performance, capital allocation, governance, and risk management. * Maintain strong relationships with shareholders, Board members, investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders. * Build a strong leadership structure and organizational capabilities to support future growth. Ideal Candidate * 15+ years of senior leadership experience, including experience as CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or a similar executive role. * Strong background in real estate, construction, development, hospitality, investment, or diversified groups. * Proven track record in business growth, transformation, and leading multiple companies or business units. * Strong commercial, financial, strategic, and leadership capabilities. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is preferred.
