Requirements:
- Relevant academic qualification in the related field
- Practical experience in procurement, logistics, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a professional work environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Specialist:
- Manage purchasing activities and supplier coordination
- Support vendor evaluation and procurement documentation
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Logistics Specialist:
- Coordinate logistics operations and shipments
- Monitor delivery schedules and transportation activities
- Maintain logistics documentation and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
