Sales Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our field sales operations in Umm Al Quwain. Key Requirements: • 5+ years of UAE FMCG sales experience • Strong experience in Umm Al Quwain region • Proven experience managing Van Sales Representatives and Helpers • Hands-on experience in Home & Office (H&O) and 5-Gallon water sales • Strong knowledge of route planning, sales targets, collections and asset management • Valid UAE Driving License • Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills • Comfortable working and based in Umm Al Quwain
