Project Controls Manager – Building Construction

HBK Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our team for a major building construction project in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: - Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and project reporting. - Monitor project performance against approved schedules and budgets. - Prepare executive dashboards, KPIs, and management reports. - Support EOTs, claims, risk management, and change control. - Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - 15+ years of project controls experience in major building construction projects. - Minimum 10 years with a Tier-1 main contractor. - Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, project reporting, cost control, and performance management. - Experience with Power BI, Aconex, ACC, or Procore is an advantage.
