Ashley Frazer is recruiting on behalf of a leading Project Management Consultancy in Dubai for the following position: Position: Contract Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 15+ years Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all contracts administration activities across residential development projects from award through to close-out Review, negotiate and administer contract terms, amendments, variations and change orders with contractors and consultants Manage claims, dispute resolution and commercial correspondence throughout the project lifecycle Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the client's commercial interests Coordinate with legal, commercial and project management teams on all contractual and commercial matters Requirements: 15+ years of relevant contract management experience Previous PMC experience is mandatory High-end residential project experience in UAE is beneficial Note: Please mention the position in the subject line of your email when applying.
