Contracts Manager

Origin International is recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor in Doha for the following position: Position: Contracts Manager Location: Doha, Qatar Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all contractual activities across Roads and Highway projects from award through to close-out Review, negotiate and administer contract terms, amendments, variations and change orders with Ashghal and subcontractors Manage claims, dispute resolution and commercial correspondence throughout the project lifecycle Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's commercial interests Coordinate with legal, procurement and project management teams on all contractual and commercial matters Requirements: Extensive experience working on Roads and Highway projects for Ashghal (Public Works Authority) is mandatory GCC experience is preferred
