General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee company operations, budgeting, costing, and service delivery while driving business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence within the security services industry. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily security operations, personnel, and site deployments. - Manage budgets, costing, operational efficiency, and resource allocation. - Monitor KPIs, guard performance, incident response, and service quality. - Lead department managers and support staff development and performance. - Maintain client relationships, resolve escalations, and support contract renewals. - Identify business growth opportunities and cost-saving initiatives. - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in general management, preferably in security services. - Strong leadership, budgeting, costing, and operational management skills. - Excellent communication, client relationship, and decision-making abilities. - Knowledge of Qatar's regulatory and contractual requirements is an advantage. - Fluency in Arabic and English.
