Choke Operator

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a client in Oman for the following position: Position: Choke Operator Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: Operate hydraulic choke manifold systems during UBD, well testing and flowback operations to maintain precise wellbore pressure control Manage well clean-up, flowback and pressure control activities ensuring safe and controlled production of reservoir fluids Monitor surface pressure parameters, flow rates and fluid returns and communicate anomalies to the UBD Supervisor immediately Coordinate with the drilling, testing and completion teams on choke operations, pressure management and well testing requirements Maintain accurate choke operation logs, pressure records and shift reports during UBD and well testing operations Requirements: Expertise in hydraulic choke operation and pressure control is mandatory Experience in well clean-up, flowback management and UBD/well testing operations is mandatory
