Cost Control Engineer

Job Opening – Cost Control Engineer Note: Tunnel Experience is Mandatory We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Control Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling project costs to ensure successful project delivery within approved budgets and schedules. Key Responsibilities • Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and cost control plans. • Monitor project expenditures and analyze cost variances. • Perform rate analysis based on current market prices. • Review and analyze BOQ rates against actual costs. • Monitor monthly progress invoices based on approved work progress. • Track daily progress and DPR (Daily Progress Report). • Monitor commitments, actual costs, and cost forecasts. • Prepare cost reports and cash flow forecasts. • Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and finance teams. • Evaluate change orders and assess their cost impact. • Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures and standards. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. • Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control or project controls. • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting. • Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control procedures. • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
