Head of IT Infrastructure

We're looking for someone who has actually built and run infrastructure - not just overseen it from a distance. This role owns our IT estate end-to-end: data centers, networks, cloud, security, operations. If you've spent your career designing network architecture, running data center migrations, and keeping mission-critical systems available at scale, we want to talk to you. What you'll own: 🔹 Enterprise infrastructure - data centers, networks (WAN/LAN), hybrid cloud, end-user services 🔹 24x7 IT operations, ITSM/ITIL, incident and change management 🔹 Security, compliance, and disaster recovery 🔹 Vendor relationships and IT budget ownership 🔹 A multi-functional team you'll lead and develop What we're looking for: ✅ 15+ years hands-on infrastructure experience - you've personally architected networks, led data center builds or migrations, and know your estate inside out ✅ Deep operational discipline - ITIL, DR/BC, high-availability systems ✅ Proven leadership of infrastructure teams at real enterprise scale ✅ Strong communication skills - you can brief executives as easily as you can troubleshoot with your team Good to have, not required: ➕ Experience with AIOps, predictive monitoring, or automation-driven operations ➕ Interest in where AI is heading in infrastructure management - we're building toward this, and would love someone curious enough to help shape it
