Accounts Receivable Manager

RAM Clinics is seeking an experienced, strategic Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR team, manage payer operations, and drive financial controls across our multi-branch healthcare network in Al Khobar. Key Responsibilities: - Manage insurance, corporate, and patient receivables portfolio - Oversee AR reconciliations, cash application, aging analysis, and provisions - Ensure accurate month-end closing, financial reporting, and strict IFRS compliance - Coordinate closely with RCM, Treasury, and IT teams to improve collection cycles and eliminate discrepancies - Lead, mentor, and supervise the AR team while strengthening internal financial controls and operational workflows Requirements & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Overall Experience: 8–10 years of relevant financial experience, including 3–5 years in healthcare - Leadership: Minimum 3 years of experience managing accounting/AR teams - Healthcare Expertise: Deep knowledge of insurance receivables, payer settlements, AR reconciliations, and multi-branch healthcare operations - Payer Knowledge: Familiarity with Saudi healthcare payers and the NPHIES platform is preferred - Technical Skills: Oracle Fusion (preferred), ERP/HIS integration, and advanced MS Excel. Power BI & Power Query are a plus - Certifications: CMA or IFRS Diploma is an advantage - Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
