Cost Control Engineer

FPA MENA is recruiting on behalf of a leading Grade A Main Contractor in Qatar for the following position: Position: Cost Control Engineer Location: Qatar Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets and provide regular cost performance reports and forecasts Develop and maintain cost control systems, cash flow projections and earned value analyses for high-rise building projects Review contractor invoices, payment applications and change orders for accuracy and commercial compliance Identify cost variances, risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions to project management Prepare financial performance reports and cost dashboards for management and client review Requirements: Strong experience working with main contractors in Qatar is preferred Experience on high-rise building projects is preferred
