Senior HVAC Engineer

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a client in Oman for the following position: Position: Senior HVAC Engineer Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: - Lead HVAC engineering design and supervision activities across real estate construction projects - Review and approve HVAC drawings, load calculations, equipment specifications and material submittals - Coordinate with MEP, civil and architectural teams on HVAC system integration and interface management - Monitor HVAC installation works and ensure compliance with international codes, standards and project specifications - Support commissioning and testing of HVAC systems and prepare technical reports for project management review Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience - Mandatory experience in the Real Estate sector - Strong knowledge of and experience working with international codes and standards
