General Manager – Multi-Outlet Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, maximizing profitability, strengthening operational standards, and ensuring consistent service excellence across multiple outlets. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the performance and operations of multiple restaurant outlets. * Take full ownership of P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting. * Drive revenue growth, profitability, and effective cost control. * Monitor food costs, labor costs, margins, and operating expenses. * Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and high-performing teams. * Establish and monitor KPIs, performance reports, and operational improvement initiatives. * Maintain high standards of service excellence, food safety, and brand consistency. * Make strategic commercial decisions to support sustainable business growth. Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience managing multiple restaurant outlets or hospitality operations. * Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting. * Demonstrated success in revenue growth, profitability improvement, and cost control. * Strong understanding of food costs, labor costs, margins, and operating expenses. * Excellent leadership and team-development capabilities. * Experience with KPIs, performance reporting, and operational improvement. * High standards of customer service, food safety, and brand consistency. * Strong commercial acumen and strategic decision-making skills.
