SIMOPS Specialist

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced SIMOPS Specialist to join a major Oil & Gas project in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and coordinate detailed shutdown execution plans and project schedules - Lead and manage SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) activities - Coordinate interfaces between multiple disciplines and contractors - Oversee Permit to Work (PTW) systems and ensure compliance - Prioritize shutdown work to achieve safe and efficient execution - Coordinate project resources, logistics, and operational support - Monitor project progress and prepare regular performance reports - Support startup, commissioning, and handover activities Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering Experience: - 8–12 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with strong exposure to shutdowns, SIMOPS, and major industrial projects Contract: 2-Year Initial Contract (Renewable)
