Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Senior Recruitment Specialists (based in KSA) to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience sourcing and hiring top-tier talent exclusively within the restaurant and food & beverage (F&B) sectors. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring to attract high-performing professionals who align with our hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding. 2- Talent Sourcing: Headhunt specialized restaurant talent (front of the house, and back of the house) including head office admin. 3- Building: Maintain a robust network of active and passive F&B professionals. 4- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct rigorous interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. 5- Offer Management: Negotiate competitive salary packages and finalize employment offers. Requirements (Must-Have): 1- Industry Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, with strict mandatory experience in the stand-alone restaurant/F&B sector. 2- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local and international hospitality talent market. 3- Sourcing Skills: Proven track record using LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized hospitality job boards, and industry networks. 4- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
