Site Visits Lead

Fifteen Eleven Events is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Site Visits Lead Project: Mega Project - Riyadh Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all site visit programmes for delegates, VIPs and official delegations attending the mega event - Develop and coordinate site visit itineraries, logistics, transport and hosting arrangements across multiple Riyadh locations - Liaise with host venues, government entities and tour operators on site visit access, scheduling and guest management - Manage site visit teams, guides and support staff and ensure high-quality, informative and memorable guest experiences - Prepare site visit briefing materials, reports and post-visit feedback summaries for event management review Requirements: - Proven experience in exhibitions, expos, fairs, conferences or large-scale events is mandatory
