Senior Quantity Surveyor - Pre Tender

A company is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Pre Tender Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: Lead pre-tender quantity surveying activities including cost estimation, Bills of Quantities preparation and tender pricing Review tender drawings, specifications and scope of work documents to develop accurate and competitive cost submissions Conduct quantity take-offs, rate analysis and budgeting for construction projects Coordinate with estimating, engineering and commercial teams on tender inputs, assumptions and bid strategy Support bid submission, post-tender clarifications and commercial negotiations Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in Oman
