Project Manager

A leading organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join its team as a Project Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - 4–8 years of experience in project management or project coordination. - Professional certification such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or another relevant project management certification. - Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Jira. - Strong command of the English language. - Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. - Track project deliverables and ensure compliance with organizational standards and client requirements. - Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to senior management. - Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize project processes. - Ensure adherence to Agile or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
