Project Controls Manager

Fletcher Piccolo Associates is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Project Controls Manager Project: Iconic High Speed Rail Project Location: Dubai, UAE Reporting To: Program Director Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all project controls functions including planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and reporting across the high speed rail program - Oversee development and maintenance of integrated master schedules, cost baselines and performance dashboards - Implement earned value management systems and drive consistent, accurate reporting across all program workstreams - Manage and mentor the project controls team and ensure data quality and timely delivery of all reporting outputs - Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams on project controls integration and performance improvement Requirements: - Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience - Previous rail experience is mandatory - Previous Tier 1 Consultant / Developer experience is preferred; Tier 1 Contractors will be considered - GCC experience is desirable but not mandatory - Civil Engineering degree
