Senior, hands-on position reporting directly to the Secretary General, with responsibility for shaping and executing strategy, building KPI and performance frameworks, driving strategic initiatives, and working closely with senior government and healthcare stakeholders. Strong experience required across strategy, performance management, transformation, public sector or healthcare. UAE Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
