Business Development Director

Delta International is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to build and expand its real estate development pipeline across Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: * Originate high-value real estate opportunities. * Develop landowner partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic relationships. * Build relationships with investors, family offices, developers, government entities, and key market stakeholders. * Identify and convert opportunities into successful transactions. * Support real estate feasibility, partnerships, and transaction structuring. Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in real estate business development, development, or investment. * Strong network across the Saudi real estate market. * Proven ability to originate opportunities and convert relationships into signed transactions. * Strong understanding of real estate feasibility, partnerships, and transaction structures. * Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. * Fluent Arabic and strong English preferred.
