Cost Control Engineer

We are currently seeking experienced Cost Control Engineers to join our team in Riyadh. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying. 3–5 years of experience in cost control or estimation within construction projects. Strong knowledge of BOQs, project costing, and contracts. Advanced Excel skills. ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities: Monitor project budgets and costs. Prepare cost reports and cash flow forecasts. Support estimation and tendering activities. Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams. Review variation orders and project claims.
