AC & DC Motor Winder cum Fitter

A leading company is looking for a skilled professional to join its team. Key Responsibilities: Perform rewinding of AC & DC motors (LV & MV). Dismantle, assemble, and reassemble electric motors. Prepare coils, perform insulation work, and carry out motor winding. Handle motor fitting and mechanical assembly. Diagnose winding faults and perform necessary repairs. Support electrical testing and quality inspection activities. Ensure compliance with workshop safety procedures and quality standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and proper workshop housekeeping. Preferred Qualifications: ITI in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in motor repair and rewinding. Experience working with industrial motors from OEMs such as ABB, Siemens, WEG, GE, Toshiba, or similar manufacturers is an advantage. Ability to read motor winding data, connection diagrams, and technical drawings. Ability to independently perform dismantling, rewinding, fitting, testing support, and reassembly of AC and DC motors.
