Technical Manager

China Railway 18th Bureau Group is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Technical Manager Project: Superblock Five - East side of Masjid an-Nabawi Client: Rua Al-Madinah Holding Consultant: KEO International Consultants Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: Manage all technical office activities including preparation and review of technical submittals, shop drawings and method statements across all disciplines Coordinate with consultants, design teams and site management on technical queries, RFIs and engineering change management Oversee the technical document control process and ensure all technical deliverables are issued on schedule and to quality standards Lead multidisciplinary technical coordination meetings and drive resolution of design and construction interface issues Prepare technical performance reports and updates for the Technical Director and senior project leadership Requirements: Proven experience in High-Rise Building Projects is mandatory Strong background in 5-Star Hotel developments is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering in a relevant discipline Strong expertise in design coordination, technical reviews and project execution Candidates available in KSA with immediate or short notice are strongly preferred
