Safety Officer

DSS HR is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Safety Officer Location: UAE Interview Mode: Video Call Requirements: - NEBOSH Level 6 certification is mandatory - ISO Lead Auditor certification is mandatory Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily HSE inspections across active work areas and enforce safe work practices on site - Deliver toolbox talks, HSE inductions and awareness sessions for site workers and subcontractors - Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe acts and report findings with corrective action recommendations - Conduct HSE audits in line with ISO standards and ensure findings are closed out in a timely manner - Maintain HSE records, permit to work registers, statistics and documentation in compliance with company and client requirements
