Project Controls Manager

FPA MENA is recruiting for the following position: Position: Project Controls Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all project controls functions including planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and reporting - Oversee development and maintenance of integrated master schedules, cost baselines and performance dashboards - Implement earned value management systems and drive consistent, accurate reporting across all projects - Manage and mentor the project controls team and ensure data quality and timely delivery of reporting outputs - Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams on project controls integration and performance improvement
