MEP General Manager

A leading company is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: MEP General Manager, Location: Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all MEP division operations including business development, project delivery, resource management and financial performance. Develop and implement MEP business strategies to drive growth, profitability and client satisfaction. Provide senior technical leadership across mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines on major projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders in the UAE construction market. Manage and mentor senior MEP teams and drive a high-performance culture across the division.
