Value Engineering Expert (CVS)

Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Value Engineering Expert (CVS) Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Lead value engineering studies and workshops across infrastructure and building projects - Apply SAVE International methodology to identify and develop value improvement proposals - Evaluate function, cost and performance trade-offs to optimize project outcomes - Prepare detailed VE reports with recommendations and estimated cost savings - Facilitate multidisciplinary VE teams and present findings to senior client stakeholders Requirements: - Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience - CVS or CEP certification is an added advantage - Previous experience on government, urban development or infrastructure projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable
