Product Teams at GROPYUS own what they build, including the underlying infrastructure, build pipelines, automated testing, release and rollout management, monitoring, and support. You will be trusted to solve problems efficiently and effectively, building on top of a solid architecture and operational foundation, and will be encouraged to seek out under-attended topics and assume responsibility for them both within your product area and across product areas.</p> <p>As a Staff Engineer, you have an impact across multiple teams within your product area. Staff Engineers effectively collaborate with other Staff Engineers and foster a culture of regular exchange and cooperation. Their ability to communicate effectively and take initiative ensures that they not only contribute to the technical success of projects, but also help drive overall growth and innovation within the company by sharing both best practices and failures, and learning from them. With your focus on and experience in SRE / operating large systems, you will drive and spearhead operational excellence within your product area.</p> <h2>What you'll be doing</h2> <p>As a Staff Engineer (f/m/d) on the Production Platform team, you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Designing and building the software at the core of our manufacturing and owning the integrations that connect it to physical machines and vendor systems</li> <li>Leading technical initiatives that ensure software systems are reliable, maintainable, and operationally sound, especially in logistics- and manufacturing-heavy domains</li> <li>Working in a hybrid infrastructure environment (cloud and on-prem), managing complex software deployments at scale</li> <li>Bringing a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset to monitor, maintain, and improve software uptime, including reliable updates, latency, and efficiency</li> <li>Acting as a bridge between digital product delivery and physical logistics and manufacturing systems, includi
