Finance Manager

Human Capital is hiring on behalf of PromoDuck, a growing retail company, for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance operations and support its retail expansion and omnichannel transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee finance operations to support business growth - Manage budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes - Prepare accurate financial reports and performance analysis - Oversee tax compliance, audits, and internal controls - Ensure effective use and management of ERP systems - Partner with senior leadership to support strategic business decisions - Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and controls Qualifications & Requirements: - 7–10 years of finance experience - Minimum 3 years in a managerial role - Experience in the Retail or FMCG industry is preferred - Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, ERP systems, and internal controls - Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
