A company is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Senior Change Management Specialist Project: Institutional and Digital Transformation Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience: 8+ years Key Responsibilities: Lead change management activities across the institutional and digital transformation program using structured methodologies such as PROSCI or ADKAR Develop and implement change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and communication frameworks Conduct change readiness assessments, impact analyses and resistance management activities across impacted business units Design and deliver change management training programs, workshops and awareness campaigns for project stakeholders Prepare change management progress reports, adoption metrics and recommendations for senior management and client review
