Building Codes and Standards Expert

Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Building Codes and Standards Expert Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Review and interpret national and international building codes, standards and regulations applicable to KSA projects - Advise project teams on compliance requirements across structural, fire, MEP and architectural disciplines - Support development and updating of project-specific technical standards and specifications - Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) on code interpretation and approval processes - Conduct gap analysis between existing standards and proposed design solutions Requirements: - Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience - Previous experience on government, urban development, infrastructure or master planning projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable
