Project Management Director

A leading organization is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join its team as a Project Management Director, responsible for leading project management activities, overseeing project execution, and ensuring strategic objectives are achieved in accordance with the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee project management teams and ensure effective project execution. * Supervise project managers and monitor project progress and performance. * Develop strategic plans, manage project risks, and oversee schedules and budgets. * Ensure projects are delivered in line with approved plans, quality standards, and operational objectives. * Coordinate with project owners and relevant stakeholders. * Monitor performance, resolve challenges, and support effective decision-making. Candidate Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 15 years of practical experience in engineering and project management. * At least 5 years of experience leading projects or supervising project managers. * Previous approval for project management positions with project-owning entities, particularly the National Water Company (NWC), is required. * Proven leadership experience in managing teams and overseeing project execution. * Strong capabilities in strategic planning, risk management, performance monitoring, and schedule and budget control. * Advanced communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
