Financial Reporting Manager

We're Hiring | Financial Reporting Manager Shift Inc. Location: Head Office, Jeddah is looking for an experienced and results-driven Financial Reporting Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and applicable financial standards. Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial forecasting. Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Coordinate annual audits and ensure accurate financial statements. Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5–8 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting standards. Experience with ERP systems; Oracle is an advantage. Professional Certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
