Mechanical BIM Modeler

Duncan & Ross is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Mechanical BIM Modeler Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain mechanical BIM models including HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems using Revit MEP or equivalent software - Coordinate mechanical systems within the BIM environment and perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools - Produce mechanical drawings, schematics and shop drawings from BIM models in line with project LOD requirements - Collaborate with design engineers and project teams on mechanical model integration and coordination with other disciplines - Ensure all mechanical BIM deliverables comply with project standards, client requirements and BIM execution plan Requirements: - Relevant qualification and experience in mechanical BIM modeling - GCC/KSA project experience preferred - Candidates currently residing in KSA preferred - Immediate availability required
