Function Head – Finance & Accounting

We are partnering with a leading real estate development organization in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Function Head – Finance & Accounting. This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing the organization's finance and accounting function, driving financial strategy, strengthening governance, and supporting sustainable business growth in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Finance & Accounting function across the organization and its subsidiaries - Develop and execute strategic financial plans to support business objectives - Drive finance digital transformation initiatives and process optimization - Partner with the CFO and executive leadership on financial planning and decision-making - Oversee treasury, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial policies, and corporate governance standards - Strengthen financial controls, risk management, and organizational sustainability Preferred Qualifications: - Extensive leadership experience in Finance & Accounting within the real estate development sector - Strong expertise in financial planning, treasury, taxation, reporting, and corporate finance - Proven experience leading high-performing finance teams and organizational transformation initiatives - Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Experience supporting executive leadership and driving business performance
