Penspen is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Specialist Engineer - Construction (Mechanical) Location: UAE Key Responsibilities: - Provide specialist mechanical engineering support across construction activities on oil and gas projects - Review and approve mechanical construction procedures, method statements and technical documentation - Coordinate with construction, QA/QC and commissioning teams on mechanical works execution and technical issue resolution - Support vendor and contractor management on mechanical equipment installation and testing activities - Prepare technical reports and specialist engineering assessments for project management review
