The role combines business analysis, process improvement, project and change delivery, demand management and portfolio governance.</p> <p>You will own and progress a varied set of initiatives from early discovery and scoping through planning, implementation and adoption. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Technology &amp; Cyber teams, bringing structure to ambiguity, coordinating specialist input and ensuring that proposed changes are practical, governed and aligned to agreed outcomes.</p> <p>You will also help improve the team’s portfolio and
