Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the following position: Quantity Surveyor – 8+ Years of Experience - Strong experience in quantity take-offs, interim valuations, variation preparation, cost reporting, subcontractor payments, procurement support, and maintaining accurate commercial records is essential. Preferred Requirements: - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline. - Relevant experience in major construction, fit-out. - Strong knowledge of contracts, commercial procedures, claims, and cost management. - Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is preferred. - Immediate availability or a short notice period will be an advantage.
