HSE Manager - High-Rise

Azizi Developments is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: HSE Manager - High-Rise (1 vacancy) Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all HSE activities across high-rise construction projects ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company standards Develop and implement HSE management systems, plans and procedures specific to high-rise construction activities Lead HSE audits, inspections and incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed out Manage and mentor the HSE team and ensure consistent HSE performance across all high-rise project work fronts Report HSE statistics, lead indicators and corrective actions to project management and senior leadership Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory Proven HSE experience in high-rise construction projects
