Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time Are you passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition? We are looking for a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Khobar and support our recruitment operations by attracting and coordinating top talent. Key Responsibilities: - Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. - Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience. - Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate recruitment records. - Assist in preparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring progress. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and support talent acquisition strategies. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field. - 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Strong command of the English language (Mandatory). - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for identifying and attracting the right talent.
